Welcome to Credit Sister LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related communication. By using our website or enrolling in our credit services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. 

Service Description:

Credit Sister LLC provides credit repair, credit education, credit monitoring, and related services designed to help individuals improve their credit profiles. We are not a law firm, credit bureau, or financial institution.

We work on your behalf to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information with credit bureaus and creditors under your authorization. 

Client Eligibility:

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Reside in the United States

  • Have a valid Social Security Number

  • Provide truthful and accurate personal information

  • Agree to authorize Credit Sister LLC to act on your behalf regarding credit disputes

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not meet these requirements or who violates our terms. 

Fees & Payments:

All fees and payment terms are clearly outlined in your client agreement. By signing up, you agree to pay all service fees as described, whether recurring or one-time.

Late or missed payments may result in paused services until the account is brought current. Any chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in service termination and possible legal action.

We do not guarantee score increases or specific financial outcomes.

Service Duration & Cancellation:

Credit repair takes time, and results vary from client to client. You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a written request to creditsisterllc@gmail.com

We require a 3-business-day notice before your next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming period. We also reserve the right to cancel your service for abuse, nonpayment, or violations of our policy. 

Client Responsibilities:

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate personal and financial information

  • Send us copies of your credit reports and related documents when requested

  • Inform us of any communications from credit bureaus or creditors

  • Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Communicate respectfully with our team

Failure to cooperate may delay or affect your results. 

Results & Guarantees:

Credit Sister LLC complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not guarantee specific credit scores, loan approvals, or outcomes. While many clients see improvement, results depend on the accuracy of your reports, bureau responses, and your participation in the process. 

Communication Consent:

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails, texts, and phone calls related to your account, updates, marketing, or other relevant information. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time. 

Use of Website:

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Credit Sister LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without permission.

You also agree not to use our site for illegal or unauthorized activities. 

Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
